We are a community-based organization committed to empowering youth and transforming lives through grassroots action, advocacy, mentorship, and sustainable community development. Founded on the belief that empowered young people can shape stronger and more resilient communities, Najihat serves as a platform for growth, dignity, and social change.
We work to nurture a community of confident, informed, and self-reliant youth—especially women—by addressing social, economic, and health challenges through practical and community-driven solutions. Our initiatives promote youth leadership, mentorship, gender equity, sexual and reproductive health awareness, mental well-being, entrepreneurship, and creative skills development.
We believe meaningful change begins within communities. Through peer learning, outreach forums, advocacy engagements, and capacity-building programs, we equip young people not only to overcome challenges but also to become agents of transformation in their own communities.
Our work is rooted in collaboration, volunteerism, and the conviction that every young person deserves opportunity, voice, and dignity. From supporting menstrual health and dignity through our Cycle of Dignity Initiative to advancing youth livelihoods and community advocacy, we are building pathways for sustainable impact.
