About Project

The Cycle of Dignity Initiative is a flagship project of Najihat Youth Network dedicated to promoting menstrual health, dignity, and sexual and reproductive health awareness within the community. The program addresses the challenges of period poverty by producing and distributing reusable sanitary pads to girls and women, ensuring they can manage their menstrual health safely and with confidence. Beyond distribution, the initiative provides education on proper hygiene practices, empowering beneficiaries with knowledge to protect their health and well-being. Recognizing the importance of inclusive community engagement, the program also involves men and boys through sensitization sessions to break stigma, encourage support, and foster open conversations around menstruation. Through this holistic approach—combining access, education, and advocacy—the Cycle of Dignity Initiative is creating a more informed, supportive, and equitable community while restoring dignity and opportunity to girls and women.
